We prepare it
Your GP sends it straight to us, and we check it and get it ready.

- Do I need an appointment to see the pharmacist?
- No. You can speak to one of our pharmacists whenever we’re open. If you’d like to talk in private, just ask to use our consultation room.
- Can you deliver my prescriptions?
- Yes. We offer free prescription delivery to homes in and around Bayview. Give us a ring on 01632 960 482 to set it up.
- How do I change my nominated pharmacy?
- You can change it in the NHS App, at your GP surgery or by asking us in the pharmacy. It only takes a minute, and you can change it again at any time.
- What is Pharmacy First?
- Pharmacy First is an NHS service where our pharmacist can assess and treat seven common conditions, including sore throats, earache and sinusitis, without you needing to see your GP.
